Final Approach stems from the passion and heart of Dr. Joseph Norvell, pastor, teacher and counselor. Coming along side Joe is Steve Riddell, entrepreneur and motivational speaker. Together, their sense of the needs of young people, and their life experience gives them a unique testimony that unites spiritual truth from God’s Word with practical concepts and common sense.

Dr. Joseph Norvell

Joseph Norvell is president and founder of Simply Christ ministries, an international Bible ministry dedicated to teaching others how to know Christ. He holds a doctorate in theology from West End Bible College. He has spent the last 20 years working with youth and families, encouraging them in finding lasting freedom and spiritual refreshment through the life giving message of Jesus Christ. He is a husband, dad and minister and has authored several books. His wife, Heather and he have two children, and are currently serving in Houston, Texas.


 

Steve Riddell

Stephen M. Riddell, is the Christian homeschooling father of four daughters and grandfather of two “to-be-homeschooled” granddaughters. (His daughter & son-in-law from Kent, WA shared their testimony at the 2006 Christian Heritage Family Night.) He is a dynamic speaker, trainer, coach, manager and author with a reputation for inspiring others to greater degrees of excellence. He is considered an expert in sales and telemarketing, and is regularly sought after as a keynote speaker and seminar leader at homeschool conferences and trade shows. His training and consulting clients have included many major U.S. corporations. He is also the author of the book, SELLING GENIUS…Achieving Extraordinary Sales Results With Ordinary People. Currently he & his family live in Houston, Texas and where he serves as Vice-President of Global Custom Commerce.
